Packaging materials and containers of German beverages
German beer is world-famous. It is almost a household name in China that Germans can drink beer. In fact, in addition to beer, the sales volume of various beverages in Germany is also large. Whether at home or out, Germans will prepare many drinks. Go to the supermarket to buy daily necessities on weekends. Drinks are moved home in boxes and bundles, which should be enough for at least a week. People who eat in restaurants and don't drink alcohol must order drinks. German drinks are also diverse, and the raw materials are composed of various fruits or mixtures of fruits. Of course, there is no lack of beverages such as cola. Since there are so many drinks, their packaging must be different. Now let's take a look at how German drinks are packaged
from the perspective of beverage packaging materials in Germany, they are mainly divided into three categories, namely, paper plastic composites, plastics and glass, while beverage packaging containers are mainly paper plastic boxes, plastic bottles and glass bottles
I. paper plastic composite packaging
the paper plastic composite beverage packaging box in Germany is a layer of thin cardboard on the outer surface and an aluminum cylinder inside. Of course, aluminum foil is first compounded with other plastic films, and then compounded with cardboard. Paperboard itself in the future, the company will rely on its experience in development and integration, production and operation management and equity investment in the upstream and downstream of the fine water treatment industry. It has its advantages, light weight, certain strength, easy to print and process. The formed cartons are conducive to collective packaging and stacking storage. The film made of aluminum foil and plastic has good permeability and barrier performance, which can not only prevent liquid seepage, It can also play a role in keeping the drinks fresh. At the same time, plastic film also has good heat sealing performance. In fact, the sealing molding of paper plastic box is realized by it, and it is short in time and fast, which is suitable for flow production line processing. The paper plastic boxes are beautifully printed on the outside, and most of them have been polished. Its colorful patterns and titles let people know what kind of drink is inside at a glance. In addition to indicating the trademark and manufacturer, the proportion of various components of the beverage is detailed in a small table, which is realistic and has been tested by the relevant departments. In addition, the shelf life of beverages is usually printed on the top of the box, and the words "see the top of the carton for the shelf life" are also printed on the lower right side of the front of the box. The side of the beverage box is printed with instructions such as "it can be refrigerated for three days after opening". It can be said that almost all fruit drinks use this kind of packaging. Fe18.93 it is worth mentioning the opening and resealing of beverage boxes. In the past, we often saw that the top of the beverage box was sealed after filling, but an indentation line was processed on a triangle after folding and bonding, and the words "tear or cut from now on" were noted. This opening method brings a lot of inconvenience to consumers, and it can't be sealed after opening, which affects the quality and storage life of beverages when drinking again. Select the servo system. Now there are several new beverage box sealing openings in the German market. One is to make a small opening at the top corner of the beverage box, and then stick the processed square plastic cover. The cover is composed of two parts, one is the adhesive fixed part, and the other is the movable part. The two parts are connected by a small rotating shaft in the middle. The movable part can rotate about 90 degrees. The movable part can be opened when it turns down at the opening and closed when it turns up. It is designed with small parts for positioning and clamping. The other is to stick a square plastic cover composed of fixed and movable parts on the opening on the top of the beverage box. One end of the two parts has been processed and connected together, and the other end can be opened and closed. The opening of this kind of beverage box is very exquisite. It is not like the first method to open a larger opening, but consists of two small openings: a conical hole and a small round hole. The conical hole can pour out the beverage, and the small round hole can enter the air, which is conducive to pouring out the beverage. The two holes are sealed by a small piece of composite aluminum foil, which not only ensures the sealing effect, but also can find out whether the beverage box has been opened in time. The third method is to stick a plastic round cover with a screw on the opening of the beverage box. The lower part of the round cover is bonded and fixed on the carton, and the upper part is usually composed of two parts, one is the rotating cover, and the other small part is stuck on the fixed part. It is connected with the screw cover through several thin plastic wires. If the screw cover is opened, the thin plastic wire will break, so it is immediately known that the beverage box has been opened
in Germany, in addition to the common 1-liter and 1.5-liter paper plastic boxes, there is also a 0.2-liter small box, which has a small round hole on the top and is sealed with composite aluminum foil. The small straw covered in the small plastic film bag is stuck to the side of the box. When using, it can be drunk as long as the straw is inserted, which is simple and convenient, and is especially suitable for children to drink. Most of these small packages are in the form of collective packaging, that is, 10 small boxes of beverages are wrapped with heat shrinkable film as a packaging unit
second plastic packaging
the second major category of German beverage packaging is plastic bottles, which we often call polyester bottles. Common capacities include 0.5-liter vials and 1.5-liter vials. Beverages packaged in small bottles include beverages made from apple juice, lemon twist meter, oranges and other fruits, and cola is also packaged in such small bottles. Common beverages in large bottle packaging include various cokes, such as Coca Cola, Pepsi Cola and other brands of cokes, as well as mixed drinks such as peach juice, Shanzhi juice and other fruits
polysaccharide bottles of this size can often be seen in mineral water packaging. In addition to the shelf-life of polyester bottled drinks directly printed at the lower part of the bottleneck, other items such as commodity name, raw material content, manufacturer, recycling logo and trademark are printed on a certain width of paper, and then pasted around the bottle. Plastic caps are used for all plastic bottles regardless of size. At the lower end of the cap, there is a hide connected with the main cap through some thin lines of the same material. When the cap is unscrewed, these thin lines are disconnected, and the cap can be unscrewed, but the hungry circle is still on the bottleneck. At this time, it can be seen that the bottle has been opened. Small bottles of drinks generally throw heat shrink film to wrap six bottles in two rows as a packaging unit. But the two ends of the packaging unit are not closed, It can be picked up from any end by hand and is easy to carry. The unit packaging of large bottles is similar to that of small bottles. The electric bottle is wrapped in heat shrinkable film in two rows
III. glass packaging
the third largest category of beverage packaging in Germany is glass bottles. However, compared with paper plastic boxes and polyester bottles, the consumption is less. The common milling packaging glass bottles have different shapes. The bottle body has a straight barrel type, a thin waist type and a small cone type, and the bottleneck has a common type and a short neck type. The glass bottles take white glass as the second e, and the bottle caps are metal caps, and spiral caps. Reach 12% It is almost difficult to see the text description and color pattern printed on the label of the bottle cap that needs to be opened with the corresponding tool, such as a beer bottle, and then pasted on the bottle. The most common capacity of glass bottles is 0.5 liters. These glass bottles containing drinks, I2 or J6 bottles, are directly packed in plastic boxes with fixed seats, or 8 or 10 bottles, respectively, are packed in small corrugated pallets. Some of these small pallets are like two box covers placed upside down, and some are like a small carton without a cover and with one cut off at both ends. When the packaging strength meets the requirements, manufacturers are trying to reduce the amount of packaging materials. Finally, it is difficult to see materials packed in cans
